Our lab focuses mainly on the following topics:

1 ) the pollen spectrum and their nutritional value for bees;

2 ) the diversity of native bees in Espinhaço Range-MG and its importance in pollination;

3 ) genetic, development, reproduction and immunity of bees.

The Bee lab at UFVJM has a Pollen and a Entomological Collection.
